INTERNATIONALIZATION OF THE NUCLEAR FUEL CYCLE: GOALS, CHALLENGES, AND STRATEGIES, new from the U.S. National Academy of Sciences and the Russian Academy of Sciences, recommends ways the U.S., Russia, and other countries can work together with the International Atomic Energy Agency to meet this challenge.
